Before I am accused of anything at all, I am posing the above headline after a long break from any content at all being added to this website. This is because I have had trouble understanding like many the rapid change that has been going on in the UK and for the rest of the world for that matter in recent years.
It is difficult to talk about the past when the present times are so f*%!?+g challenging. When I started this site I said that there was to be no moans or gripes about how good things once were. The thing is it’s difficult to now, not to actually see that it REALLY WAS BETTER back then. We may have been naive but we were happier for sure.
That rapid change I spoke of earlier has gained momentum and feels overwhelming to me and everyone else, a least if you remember a world that in the most part seemed sane. Now it does not and after years of searching for the truths, I believe I know why. But it’s here that I am not going to talk about it, I am simply going to recognise the intense frustration with the many ‘Orwellian and Huxley predictions ,written about so long ago coming true’. There is an anger not seen in decades that is at boiling point right now. (11/08/2025)
I am not going to wade into any of it . Neil Oliver, television presenter, author, and historian recently talked about revolution, a subject that many of his followers suggest to him. He explains why this never has worked and never will. I definitely agree with him . He inspired me to continue with this post because where I was stuck with how to progress with this site , I feel I have a new direction to pursue with it. He says the Memory and ‘saving the evidence’ is really important. I am going include his monologue here. It’s well worth a listen and if you are feeling powerless and utterly fed-up it might give you hope.
Neil says we must relearn how to remember the events of yesterday, a year,10, 100, 1000 years ago. “If you remember all that and teach the next generation to continue the work of remembering in an unbroken line unpunctuated by chaos and the destruction that chaos brings, then the repeating patterns are obvious. Once you can remember, you see in truth, you cannot miss the fact that the same things are done to the people to people like you and me over and over.”
We must not forget. Remembering is our power. Start practising . Do the research as well as documenting your own memories . We don’t want violence just remember that continuity is very important. Some have forgotten the impact of the covid epidemic not that long ago. Don’t forget. Tell your children.
