This site has found a new direction and intends to help deal with the very rapid changes taking place now within societies everywhere. I believe there is hope for the future of humanity if we stay centered and resolutely avoid conflict and violence starting within ourselves.

A little time in Wales

Two nights stay in north Wales,close to lake Y Bala

There are two recordings here made on consecutive nights, the 6th & 7th of October 2020 at the cottage in Bala Wales
